Change of mind returns or refund
As all orders are custom and personalised we don't offer any change of mind refunds or returns. We do however offer returns, refunds and replacements if you receive a damaged or faulty product, see below for more information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@passionpaints.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
