Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your custom paint-by-numbers kit is prepared, it is sent straight to production and then shipped to your address.

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location, but the standard delivery window is:

These are typical timeframes provided by our fulfillment partners. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, peak seasons, or carrier volumes.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been shipped.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@passionpaints.com.
Customs & Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties (if applicable in their country). These are not controlled by Passion Paints.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details when ordering. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the normal delivery window, please reach out to us.
We will assist with a replacement or resolution once we confirm the issue with the shipping provider.
